The Style Tune: Trend of the season the basket bag

Basket bags are literally going to be the hugest accessory trend this spring summer, traditionally used for picnics and beaches, this season its also city appropriate and i am sure you have already seen super chic city looks featuring a more structured style. Something very summery and fresh about them and that is exactly what they do to any outfit. I find them a bit bohemian as well and think they are perfect for my effortless boho chic style so i literally can’t wait to start rocking one soon.

How to style- 1. Since its such a statement piece i would just wear with a tee, white jeans and fun mules.

2. Obviously with those pretty floral dresses but prefer a more structured style to keep it city appropriate.

In my quest to get a fab one i browsed some online stores and found a few reasonable ones that i thought will share with you.

I love seeing trends have a comeback. I used to have a gorgeous basket bag in the early 2000's and I wish I still had it! I have go get a new one now. It looked like I was always going on a picnic, but I loved it! x
