Hey everyone!
I could make it to Milan for the last 2 days of fashion week after my grandmom passed away and here is the outfit from my first day but day 5 of MFW. Having quite a moment with statement outerwears, its really the easiest way to make a statement without doing anything and this look was just about that. My favourite statement outerwears come from East. They really help me put together looks that are interesting and different from everyone else. As you might by now, know, East is inspired by my country India and i love to mix their pieces with more edgy and western styles as a result i have outfits that are not only unique and make me stand out in the crowd yet keeping it true to my style of effortless, romantic a bit edgy and chic.
The pattern on my jacquard coatigan is quite subtle because of the colours so its quite easy to pair with black and white pieces and i also chose black and white so to let my stunning outerwear shine.
What i wore- Coatigan- East, Blouse- Misguided, Jeans, Boots- River island, Bag- Vva
Sleeves have been huge for more than a year now and the trendy style for this year is the bell sleeve so the moment i saw this blouse i knew i had to have it as it would add the right amount of drama layered under or even worn on its own. I actually really liked that it was high neck as high necks usually elongate the body. Love how the bell sleeve and the tie on it flows with my move, it was perfect worn under my coatigan. The jeans, the booties and bag are really on major repeat, i think they will be worn till they die, when you choose pieces that go with your style and match with your wardrobe thats what happens, ah such a blessing!!!!!
This outfit has the same bag and shoes from my LFW day 2 look also featuring a statement outerwear but i am amazed at how different both the looks turned out.
Thank you for stopping by! See you in my next one.
Love
Chichi

I am so sorry that your grandmom passed away, really sorry about it... and I hope that the 2 days at the Milan Fashion week after she passed away gave you some reason to deflect a bit from the thought. I loved your jacket, the pattern is amazing! Combined with the pants, and the leopard bag, plus golden booties, wow, a great outfit! You always look very beautiful and chic! Hope you have a good week, now, despite of the sad moment :(
