Wear shorts as formals

Shorts are mostly thought of as casuals or meant for casual occasions which is mostly true but we can also make them work for formal occasions, here's how, choose 1) tailor made styles 2) more conservative lengths 3) fabrics such as silk, linen, wool, etc and pair with 4) formal top/ blouse/ shirt  5) appropriate accessories.
