Today I have my first hair post up for you guys with Irresistible me. It's a messy braided bun half up do, very effortless can be worn at the beach or a day out and perfect for summer.
I did a full review on irresistible me 8 in 1 hair curling wand about a month ago and since then I have had so much fun trying out the different wands and making different hair styles, seriously you guys this curling set is all you would ever need. It does the job so well and my fav bit, it makes your hair look shinier and healthy.

Messy braided bun half up do
Tools
Comb for brushing
2 Hair sectioning clip or hair clips to hold hair
Heat protectant spray
hair hold spray
3 hair elastics
2-3 bobby pins
Hair- need not be freshly washed as the hair style is a bit messy and effortless.
Steps
1) brush your hair and make sure there are no tangles
2) divide hair in two equal parts horizontally and secure the top part with your sectioning clip.
3) spray the lower part with heat protectant.
4) take around one inch section of hair from the lower part and curl with your 25mm irresistibleme hair wand. See how gorgeous the curls are and it did not take me more than 10 mins to curl the entire part, and mind you that is for my long hair.
5) loosen the curls a bit and then secure the curled portion with a clutch or section clip and bring it to one side.
6) now open the top part of the hair and divide into three equal sections left, middle and right.
7) make a fishtail braid of the middle section ( fishtail braid- divide the section into two, take small piece of hair from the outer edge of the left section and add it to the right and then a small piece from the outer edge of the right section and add it to the left, keep on repeating this till the end of the hair and then secure it with a hair elastic.)
8) make Dutch braid of the left and right sections ( Dutch braid- divide the section into three equal parts and cross the left part under the middle and the right part under the middle, it's just how u do a normal three strand braid, but instead of crossing the sections over the middle we cross them under, keep on repeating till the end and then secure with a hair tie.)
9) so you will have the bottom part of your hair curled and the top part braided into three braids, left and right in Dutch braids and the middle in a fishtail.

10) bring the two Dutch braids from the left and right into the middle and wrap them together clockwise into a bun, remove the hair elastics and secure with bobby pins.
11) take the middle fishtail braid and pull on the edges to loosen it a bit and make it look fuller.
12) set the hair style with hairspray and you are done!!!!

I have never been one for formal looks or cocktail looks not because I don't get them but because my lifestyle is pretty casual max to max semi formal. But you guys know I like to try new things and experiment with different styles but staying true to my own personal style of effortless chic. So here is my way of cocktail dressing or formal dressing.

The quality is great and the fit runs true to size do check them out for some classic, elegant but trendy pieces, isn't that's what we all want! the collection is available on their site as well as on lipsy and they deliver worldwide.
Now this dress, In one word is hotness!! From the hot pink to the sexy back to the neck detail, it makes your head turn! To make such a hot number look a bit effortless and still keeping it formal I chose to do my hair in a messy but chic side braid and wore block heel shoes. They brought the sexiness a bit down and umped the sweetness a bit up. So we still have a perfect cocktail / formal look but one that is also relaxed! Body conscious or bodycon dresses belong to the forever in style category, and are the epitome of sexiness and also the most unforgiving so my one piece of advice for all of us ladies with not so toned bodies is to wear body shaping underwear inside so things look polished, I wore one with this.
Silver and pink is the perfect colour combo but gold looks great as well! I also took the risk of mixing metallics, silver shoes with gold jewellery, another huge trend, and I think it came out well. Remember, do not rule out anything without trying!
Since I wanted a block heel for the relaxed vibe I chose the pointed toe to keep it still formal. This exact same one is linked below.

How to do a cocktail/formal effortless look
I have never been one for formal looks or cocktail looks not because I don't get them but because my lifestyle is pretty casual max to max semi formal. Or to put it differently there is nothing to overshadow the details so they shine bright!!

For me off shoulders will go down as the synonym trend for Spring summer 2016, I have done 6 looks with off shoulder or cold shoulder details in the last 2 months, so it will be more than fitting to say that I am obsessively obsessed! And why not!! It's one sexy and cool trend.

I saw these skinnies at Zara about 2 months back and knew it will be a perfect addition to my wardrobe as it has quite a few elements to qualify as a statement denim another huge trend and I always wanted to have a pair in this shade anyways, some very cool options are linked above
This supremely affordable almost dirt cheap top from shein (check this look) comes in about 5 or so colours, red, light blue, denim, white all fab but I got the grey one as grey looks great on my complexion and is my fav neutral. The top is very breezy and the fabric is almost like cotton so perfect for hot summer days when natural lighter fabrics are more comforting and I also feel it can work as a beach coverup. It's still available in all colours and is linked above so don't miss out on it.

Hey everyone! Todays outfit is an example of how to be the best dressed girl this summer. Going all out with the hottest trends, off shoulder, lace up and pom poms, but in a chic and minimal way.
When combining so many trends in an outfit we have to be very careful of colour, pattern and proportion to keep the look chic. If you are choosing a print dress or bold colours you can choose subtle jewelry and vice versa like in todays look i went overboard with the jewelry because my dress was a solid in pastel shade which left room for stronger jewelry. Off shoulder dresses scream for lace up flats or heels the two look like a couple made in fashion heaven. I have linked some great options which are also super affordable, do check them out.
I will leave no chance to wear pale blue/ serenity and pale pink/rose quartz this year, as they are one of my fav colours and look great on my olive/ tan complexion. I think they look great on everyone!!!
Camel is a great colour to wear with blue and specially pale blue. The rich and warm camel contrasts with the soft, cool and airy blue and creates color balance.
Todays look also has a lot of beachy boho vibe and i can totally imagine myself relaxing on a stunning beach in this exact same look but i actually wore it for a lunch date at a newly opened cafe with my girl friends and it looked great and got me many compliments, come on its summer u can have fun with your outfits.
