Hey everyone
Here i say again, I was awe struck by the fashion in Milan during fashion week, not just the runways but also the street style!!!! No jokes but at the end of the day i literally had to decide whether i was more inspired by the runway or the streets! Next season maybe i should take more pictures of the street style during fashion weeks and make a post about that, i mean why not!!!!!
And now about todays post the shows and presentations i attended and loved at milan fashion week. I have also attached small videos i made on my phone at the show, not of any good quality but just to give you a feel of the environment!
Graphic, fun, wearable, feminine+boyish to another level to sum up the collection. Pretty impressed with the zig zag set design to add to the graphic look of the collection. Loved the ruffled lacey dresses paired with caps and printed shoes, the clash of prints, florals or checks both bold, the coloured pant suits, and of course the sweatshirts and the caps. I could see myself wearing so many of the outfits as i love to mix feminine and boyish and the whole collection was majorly that.
Held in the piazza duomo, It was my first show in such an old building with all the amazing architecture and i knew the venue will have a major effect on the effect the show will have on me. And so it was, i found the whole collection very romantic and luxe, not that it was not but a tad bit more because of the location!!! Majorly crushing on the fur stoles worn on one side and belted at the waist, its for sure going to be hot this autumn winter. Also loved the colour combinations for the outfits specially leopard with pink.
Their bags are literally everywhere at the moment and the new collection is no different, made to shine!!! Living up to the adventurous and quirky statement pieces that the brand is famous for. Loved all the red and studded designs, the cloud pins that you can wear as a brooch and my favourite was the colorful fur bucket bag that i couldn’t stop myself from trying!
Thank you for stopping by! See you in my next one.

Hey everyone
My first season at Milan fashion week turned out to be my most exciting of all fashion weeks till now! Unlike London where there are gazillion people everywhere Milan had less people but more fashionable and stylish people. People who know trends and fashion and are innately stylish.
It was the mecca of inspiration not just on the runway but also on the streets and trust me guys i was left speechless by the style i saw in Milan during fashion week. People exuded real confidence and style that was chic but interesting, understated but luxurious, bold yet effortless, women at ease rocking the brightest fur coat or the boldest gold earring paired with a hot red blouse, it was a real treat to my eyes and will keep me inspired for quite some time!!!!
After taking a million pictures we got this one with the full view of the duomo!!!!!!!
Accessories are really hot in Milan after all it is the land of Gucci, Ferragamo, and Armani and i was glad i had my statement handbag from the spring summer collection of VVA. The dalmatian ivy attached to cream satchel with green flap and fur pom!!!!! A luxurious Statement but in an effortless style, i would say truly Italian!!!
I decided for a denim on denim look but considering fashion week and my major love for ruffles at the moment wore this beautiful ruffled skirt over my step hem jeans, making my look interesting and also keeping me cosy with the layering. The cap toe shoes were an instant decision given their block heel, perfect for walking and the black and white match with the bag.
This is my second and final look from Milan fashion week and i really hope to attend the full event next season. I plan to do separate posts on the shows and presentations i attended in Milan and also a fashion week style city guide soon, so stay tuned!!!!
Thank you for stopping by! See you in my next one.

Hey everyone!
I could make it to Milan for the last 2 days of fashion week after my grandmom passed away and here is the outfit from my first day but day 5 of MFW. Having quite a moment with statement outerwears, its really the easiest way to make a statement without doing anything and this look was just about that. My favourite statement outerwears come from East. They really help me put together looks that are interesting and different from everyone else. As you might by now, know, East is inspired by my country India and i love to mix their pieces with more edgy and western styles as a result i have outfits that are not only unique and make me stand out in the crowd yet keeping it true to my style of effortless, romantic a bit edgy and chic.
The pattern on my jacquard coatigan is quite subtle because of the colours so its quite easy to pair with black and white pieces and i also chose black and white so to let my stunning outerwear shine.
What i wore- Coatigan- East, Blouse- Misguided, Jeans, Boots- River island, Bag- Vva
Sleeves have been huge for more than a year now and the trendy style for this year is the bell sleeve so the moment i saw this blouse i knew i had to have it as it would add the right amount of drama layered under or even worn on its own. I actually really liked that it was high neck as high necks usually elongate the body. Love how the bell sleeve and the tie on it flows with my move, it was perfect worn under my coatigan. The jeans, the booties and bag are really on major repeat, i think they will be worn till they die, when you choose pieces that go with your style and match with your wardrobe thats what happens, ah such a blessing!!!!!
This outfit has the same bag and shoes from my LFW day 2 look also featuring a statement outerwear but i am amazed at how different both the looks turned out.
Thank you for stopping by! See you in my next one.

Hey everyone
It was Day 2 of london fashion week, no the sun dint come out in the morning but it wasn’t that bad. I was totally feeling a more polished and edgy but still effortless look.
As you know my style is very relaxed and fashion week or any day is basically that but for fashion week i love to combine statement, eye catching pieces yet keeping the look effortless and easy, a sure shot way to do that as i also mentioned in this post is to go for monochrome. And that is exactly what i did styled this stunning blue Statement jacket from my favourite brand East with other blue pieces and topped with gold booties.
This jacket is really a standout one and being blue its really not difficult to style!
The gold booties added a lot of polish to the look.
What i wore- Jacket- East, Jeans- ASOS, Boots- River island, Bag- VVA, Fur collar- ASOS, Socks- Happy socks
Guys the jacket might not look warm but it is quite cosy and with the fur collar on top i was very cosy. The print and design are very Indian and mixing up with the booties, fur and step hem denim made for a very interesting and chic look. I am thinking it will be very handy during spring!! It did get me many compliments, people asked to take pictures so yes i was very happy with the look.
I was only able to attend on day 1 and 2. DAY 2 just the first half as my grand mom passed away and i had to urgently come to India, yes thats life!!!!! The most unexpected and unreal but it is what it is!!!!
Hope you liked the look, thank you for stopping by, see you in my next one.
